  • Managed BrandMuscle's first all-product implementation for leading compact equipment manufacturer, consisting of six (6) product offerings and 30 team members. Upon delivery, account was worth $1 million plus commission in the first 3 years. Satisfied client went on to speak in favor of BrandMuscle at multiple industry conferences.
  • Onboarded leading outdoor power equipment client to five (5) products by leading a team of 20 over the span of 9 months. Included heavy business requirements analysis and product enhancements. Satisfied client spoke alongside BrandMuscle at a conference and recommended me by name on stage.
  • Streamlined tenant configuration by collaborating with engineering team as implementation SME to copy configurations from one tenant to another, saving up to 100 hours per project for all future implementations.

Hired into a newly created role for the company to keep track of implementation projects in progress. Quickly learned the products and began to lead projects independently, ultimately becoming the team lead for all graphic operations implementation projects. Conducted business analysis via in-person working sessions, assigned work to colleagues in India, and ensured quality of final deliverables.

  • Created implementation calculator in Excel to estimate level of effort for implementation template projects, enabling sales team to properly charge for template projects and to allow operations teams to properly staff for incoming clients
  • Oversaw the implementation of over 500 highly complex templates for one of the nation's top insurance companies. Included coordination with software engineering team to create new functionality based on business requirements from client
  • Solved clients' unique business needs using SQL to pull very specific client data into marketing templates in BrandMuscle's channel marketing SaaS.
